The school building has classes from 4 th to 12th grade with spacious Library, Computer Labs., and Laboratories etc. The design is conceptualized as landscape entering into the school, nature entering inside the school. Thus, there are number of small and big green areas mingled with the class rooms and corridors. The building is proposed to have natural materials for the major finishes, a natural blending in the surroundings, thus there is exposed brick work finish, to classrooms and Gokak stone finish to library, administrative units(Gokak stone is a pleasantly colored off white stone).

The hostel has double occupancy rooms with attached toilet facilities. A central courtyard has the cluster of units planned around it. There is a T.V. room and small recreational area within itself. Hostel facilities are Provided, for boys & girls in different areas with a small library is provided on each floor.

The auditorium has a capacity of 2000 audience, with a huge stage to cater to multiple types of auctorial activities. The best of acoustics shall be provided for this theatrical enclave. This complex is centrally A.C. The auditorium is connected to a large banquet hall
