Academic Building Residential School
The Project :
The school building consists of class rooms from 1st to 10th grades and junior college, with all required facilities like well equipped laboratories, sufficiently ventilated and lighted class rooms, library, reading rooms, assembly hall, music room, computer section, canteen, games facilities with a 400 meters track around etc.
Special features :
The entire building is constructed of local Panchgani stone (Laterite) which is red in color. It seen as a combination of rich local red stone and sloping terra cotta colored roofs. The building is designed as clusters of class rooms having spacious lobby areas for each cluster and the equally spacious corridors to connect the clusters together.

The Project :
The building is a part of Residential school complex at Panchgani. Has a capacity to board 250 students.
Special features :
It is located on the slopes of the hills and is constructed in local Panchgani stone (Laterite) which is red in color. The building has dormitories for various age groups; each unit had sick room, study hall and small recreational area. Each dormitory is self contained with its locker room, and a well planned toilet block along with a prefect's room.
